A POC provides medical‑grade oxygen, and is safe when used as prescribed. All units are cleaned, tested, and patient-ready.
How much does the rental cost and are there any extra fees?
Pricing is typically a weekly rate, contact Teton Aire for additional details. If all equipment is not returned in initial shipment, customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. Replacement costs apply if the device is lost, damaged or not returned.
How DO I RESERVE EQUIPMENT?
Once the rental request is confirmed you can purchase your one week rental. Please give us 48 hours to confirm inventory. We will contact you to confirm availability.
Is return shipping included and how do I send it back?
Yes, a prepaid FedEx return label is included. Simply drop it off at any FedEx location and they will package it for you at no additional charge. If all equipment is not returned, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
Do I need a new prescription or can you use my existing one?
Your current prescription is usually sufficient. A new one is only needed if your medical condition has changed.
What accessories come with the rental?
Rentals include an extra battery, AC charger, DC car charger, carrying case, and a pulse oximeter.
How long will the battery last on my oxygen setting?
Battery life varies by device and setting. Most units last 3–6 hours per battery on common pulse settings.
where and when can i use a portable oxygen concentrator?
The device can be used during sleep, daily activities, and travel. A car charger is included for long drives. All concentrators and batteries are FAA approved for airline travel.
What should I do if an alarm goes off or I feel short of breath?
Check that tubing is connected and the battery is charged. If symptoms persist, seek medical help immediately.
